8 miles lost out in the desert reserve with Bill, Hayden, and Aaron. Nice afternoon, had some hip issues, which I think was due to running over the rocks.
looks like you are easing into some good miles and quality workouts. i have noticed that glenn tucker is on the blog now. i have heard of him and know that he from cedar. i think i used to see him flying down the road last year. His runs are out of my league right now. his long slow runs are probably faster than my short fast ones. the last time i ran with anyone else was when i raced at painters. good luck and stay healthy.
