I moved home to Arizona. My wife and I are empty nesters. In 2016 I had stents placed in my heart after discovering coronary artery disease. My last hard interval ended 36 seconds before I finished the 6th mile. I kept my faster interval fairly steady but over time the recovery interval slowed.. splits 9:25, 8:42, 8:29, 8:38, 8:38, 8:47, 9:54. ave HR 128.
