10K solo effort plan was to set my PR for this decade. went hard for 6.22 miles then cooled down. 10K PR was 48:59 and ran this in 48:31. total time for 7.1 was 58:41. splits 7:51, 7:54, 7:49, 7:47, 7:49, 7:48, 10:35, 1:09. average heart rate was 135. current VO2 max 53.
