total time 90:48. plan was warm-up mile then 3 miles at 9:15 pace followed by 3 miles at 9:05 finishing up with 3 miles at 8:55 pace. It was 81 degrees at 5:12 am when I left on the run. Here are my splits 9:28, 9:12, 9:17, 9:14, 8:58, 9:01, 9:03, 8:51, 8:55, 8:48. happy with this work-out as I was able to stick with the plan. average HR 122. lost 3.8 lbs during the run.
