deliberately tried to go a bit faster teh first half and hold it for the second half if not speed up a bit. The half is next week. I am training through so i will run 17 miles before the run. today total time was 2:03.35 splits 9:39, 9:34, 9:45, 9:38, 9:45, 9:50(lost focus?), 9:33, 9:33, 9:39, 9:13, 9:20, 8:58, 9:07
35 minute bike ride outside.
