I used albtuerol this morning but still had the problems. Perhaps less significant. I think I need to warm-up slower? I certainly ahven't eben able to train much just getting in miles. I intended to do 6 miles but kept it at 5 miles. total time 51: 37. splits 10:03, 11:13(walked some), 11:16 (no walking but pretty slow going), 9:33 (at 34 minutes I went 2 minutes hard then 2 minutes recovery then 4 minutes up-tempo, the 2 minutes recovery then 2 minutes hard then 2 minutes recovery then hard to the end), 9:32.
