total time 62:15. plan was a tempo run after a 5 minute warm-up. I am running in heavy shooes for some of my runs and still dealing with soreness. I felt like I was pushing hard to keep the pace between 8:50 and 9 minutes/mile. splits 9:13, 8:50, 8:48, 8:52, 8:55, 9:00, 8:38. I did psuh the last mile. average HR 129 which shows that I was struggling a bit.
