400 run @ 5.7 mph, 20 abmat, 10 pull-ups
400 run @ 5.8 mph, 20 abmat, 10 dips
400 run @ 5.9 mph, 20 abmat, 10 push press
400 run @ 6 mph, 20 abmat, 10 push-ups
cool down 400 easy
Hip felt good for a change. I think the abmat every half mile helped keep the mid-section stretched. Very happy to see improvement!
