3:40 am? There was a lot of stuff going on in your state at that time last night! By the way, it occurs to me that you and I run fairly similar paces. I've added you to my "favorite blog" list. I have some work to do to catch you on total miles, though.

Hey Tom.... you have me beat handily in the marathon distance. I'll add you as well. I need to see what it takes to drop my 26.2 time. The huge Cuban sandwich on ciabatta that I ate last night definitely won't help!

Nice early start and great pace! I've been running nearly all my miles in the low 8s. Next week I'm cutting the mileage and picking up the pace a little. Maybe shooting for another BQ in Tacoma.
