Nice run. Good to see that you were man enough to run outside:)

You've been putting in a few doubles; If you can find a way to increase the shorter runs, you'll probably find that you'll make some good gains in your fitness. I suspect though, that you will not have time, as it looks like you're squeezing in the runs during your lunch breaks.

Keep plugging away. It'll be spring soon and you'll be able to run outside:)

Nice run! In looking at your splits i thought this was a treadmill workout. Your splits were very consistent and kept getting faster. Great effort.
