Easy run before work.
A decent workout with LT sets. My knee started to feel a little bit off again, and I stopped before it got as bad as Friday. Walked another 1.1 immediately after. The knee feels okay now (12 hours later).
Treadmill before work. Gradually sped up throughout. These short runs do not seem to bug my knee.
Just not very motivated today.
