Fast paced lunch time run. Getting some strength back.
Very breezy lunch time run. I planned on an easy run, but sped up a little to get in 3 miles.
Early morning run. I am finally able to get these in again, since my house isn't packed with visitors!
Easy lunch time run, and it felt great!
Easy morning run. I am having to get up earlier and earlier to make sure I get a seat on the bus.
Same as my fast run last week and it wasn't even planned. I felt much better doing it this time, and wasn't huffing at the end.
Solid 10 miles this morning. It was a moderate effort, but the focus was really on consistent good form and cadence.
Good long run that went farther and faster than planned. We were supposed to go hike Hell's Half Acre this morning too, but our visitors slept in...
