Easy run before driving out to work.
Ran right before lunch at work. Started out kind of stiff, but this was one of the few times that I've felt running get easier the longer I go. Maybe that means things are becoming "normal" again?
Had enough time to run for 20 minutes before leaving for work.
Lunch time run went almost EXACTLY the same as yesterday, but felt even better.
Long run on greenbelt and in surrounding neighborhoods. Really good run, and now I am very tired. (14.5 in 2:00:25)
