Easy on the treadmill with some strides. When I started stretching after my run I felt really lose, like I didn't really need the stretching. It has been a while since I felt that good. I realized I have perceived myself as feeling good after recent runs when in fact, I did feel even better a few months prior. It was comforting to know that I still am recovering, since my performance in workouts has not been as satisfying (6.5 in 49:58)

Okay workout. 6x5minutes at lactate pace with 1 minute recoveries. Decided to not look at my watch and just go by feel. Didn't go as fast as I'd hoped, but I felt motivated, worked hard, and felt good afterwards. I also went to the church farm tonight and boxed and stacked potatoes for almost 3 hours. I am going to be hurting tomorrow. 6.81 in 51:27

6.24 in 50:06. I felt really really really sore today, but I went at a calm pace, which turned out to be much faster than what it felt like. Not looking at my watch has been good for me.

Early afternoon treadmill. Basically on cruise control the whole time at 8:00/mi watching Suits. Felt decent. Hoping to do 1 hour steady at 7:09/mi (8.4 mph) tomorrow for a workout.

15 minute warmup. 1 hour at steady marathon pace (7:09/mi). Felt really good and never got nervous that I was overdoing it. I am getting excited about the SLC half marathon in two weeks. It will be my first real race in over 6 months, although I still have reservations due to poor training experiences in the recent months. I am determined to have fun regardless!
