Easy on the treadmill with some strides. When I started stretching after my run I felt really lose, like I didn't really need the stretching. It has been a while since I felt that good. I realized I have perceived myself as feeling good after recent runs when in fact, I did feel even better a few months prior. It was comforting to know that I still am recovering, since my performance in workouts has not been as satisfying (6.5 in 49:58)
