Another easy 50 minutes in the early morning. This time I did a slow build and decline up to marathon pace and back down, then a small 10 minute hill (this was all simulated on the treadmill). Felt really good. One more long run tomorrow morning, and a workout planned for Tuesday. Other than that just calm cruise control journeys from here until race day!
