Conservatively executed workout this morning: 2x10minutes at threshold with 2 minute jogs. One 5 minute bout at threshold followed by a 1 minute jog and 5 minutes at another hard pace, but not quite as hard as the other sets. I wasn't feeling 100% and didn't want to completely wear myself out on a workout 10 days before a race. I hope to feel better during one other small workout planned for next week before the race.
