Okay workout. 6x5minutes at lactate pace with 1 minute recoveries. Decided to not look at my watch and just go by feel. Didn't go as fast as I'd hoped, but I felt motivated, worked hard, and felt good afterwards. I also went to the church farm tonight and boxed and stacked potatoes for almost 3 hours. I am going to be hurting tomorrow. 6.81 in 51:27
