Easy pre-work run around the neighborhood.
Lunchtime run. Did some fast(er) repetitions today. The course I typically run on is basically a 0.4 mile loop in the shape of a rectangle. I sped up on the long sides of the rectangle, which are only slightly longer than the short sides. Probably about .11-.12 miles each, so with recovery distances of .8-.9 miles each. It felt good to try something different out.
