5 miles on the JRP. I didn't have any motivation today. I didn't want to get up but I did. I ran a slow 9:18. I didn't run on Saturday again. I've been needing a couple of dump truck loads of fill dirt for my yard but was putting in off. I found out a few weeks ago that the vacant lot next to me was finally sold so I've been waiting for them to dig the foundation. They started Friday night so Saturday I had an endless supply of free dirt. My cross training on Saturday was what seemed a hundred or more wheelbarrows shoveled and full of dirt and now two days later I'm still pretty soar with more work ahead of me. However, I didn't get to the point of puking or crying like many of you did on Saturday so even though I shoveled all day long I still had it pretty easy. |
