I didn't feel sore today after yesterdays racquetball like I did last week. It's amazing how quickly our bodies adapt. I drove up to the reservoir with my son, stepson, and dogs. I ran 7 miles while my sons walked and ran a bit less distance. My stepson is wanting to get in shape and has just started running. We met back at the jeep and they took the dogs and drove home and I ran home adding another 3 miles. My legs didn't feel quite as fresh as they should have probably because of yesterdays racquetball session. 10.3 miles overall at 8:15 AP.

Congrats, I never do any other sports anymore, always afraid of messing up some joint or muscle.

Hey Dave,

Hope all is well, I haven't seen you on the blog lately. I'm sure your just pumping out the miles and probably biking now that the weather is getting warmer!

Yes all is well. I was out of town and have been quite busy since returning. Unfortunately I haven't been getting in a lot of miles )-:
