Out for a long one on a cold, windy day.  There were a few snow flakes flying aroud before I left home, but that ended and it was still a miserable day.  I do not think my head was in the run today as I trudged into the wind at a slow pace.  Ran to tautphus park with lots of meandering side trips to get out of the wind.  Pace -7:58  Temp low 30's

Great job getting this one down. The rest is just gravy...you are ready for Boston!

Great run! I got your message at about 9:30 am. You were into mile 3 by then. Impressive that you went and did 20 in that weather. I was hoping for a longer run on Saturday, but it turned into a 7.3 miler with the kids on bikes. I will shoot for a bigger run (12-13) this Saturday. You are looking strong for Boston. Just stay healthy and keep at it.

Thanks for the encouragement. I am getting excited to go give it a try. Whatever the result, it will be a neat experience.
