Ran up to the track to do 5x1000 with 600 recovery. Ran another .5 before we started a mile of speed changes then started. I was supposed to hit 3:20-3:25 and ended up 3:22, 3:19, 3:21, 3:21, and 3:17. Felt good and ran pretty even the whole way. After we did a mile of cool down then me and Andy went to the gym to do some weights. |
