Warmed up 8 laps at the oval then did 4 laps speed changes. After that we did 5 1000's. I was supposed to hit 3:15 and went 3:12, 3:12, 3:11, 3:08, and 3:08. We jogged 1 lap and to the start for the recovery. After we cooled down 4 laps. It was a really good and encouraging workout that made me excited for byu since I wasn't really after racing at Utah State. |
