Had a good workout today. Did warm up to the cemetery a lap and back at a little slower than 6:30 pace. Felt really good. Then did 2 progressive 300 and was able to hold Jakob off in both of those. Next we did 2 800s. 3:01 & 2:49 was really struggling through those but I made it and felt ok. Finished with 2 grass laps at the track to get a mile then did core and stretched. |
