I have ran three marathons. SGM in 2005, Ogden in 2006, and SGM 2006. My best time in a marathon is Ut. Valley Marathon 3:59:46. I have ran seven half marathons, some 10k's and 5k"s. My favorite marathon is SGM.I have ran 13 Marathons, will be during my first Ultra in march of 2013, it will be the Antalope Island Buffalo Run, a 50k.
2008 SGM PR 4:02:23 The best is yet to come. Short-Term Running Goals: Short term running goal is to increase my four days a week of running to five to six days a week. Do more speed work this coming year. Bring my times down. I would like to do SGM in 4 hrs or less. Long-Term Running Goals: Keep up with my Brother Clay in a marathon, someday do a sub four hour marathon, and BQ. Personal: I have been married for 34Years, and am still madly in love with my wife Wendy. I have four children and six Grand children.

| Just a quick run around the golf course loop. Seen lots of deer close by the road, stopped and watched a few jump a fence. They made it seem so effortless, I have to much fudge pack to jump that high. I did 25 min on the bowflex and 200 crunches. Then ended up on the big blue roller. |

| Another nice day and a great run, I did an out and back today. Ran out past Rambo Jr's Mini Gu Corner, mostly a flat run today was a fun run. |

| I did another loop around the golf course his afternoon, the old legs still seem to keep hangong in there. I hope I will stll be running in my golden years that is my long term goal. Seen a few deer running around the river bottoms during my run, it sure has been a nice Dec I could handlw winter if it was like this until Feb then warm up. Ha, Ha. I spent 25 min on the bowflex doing my usual upper body strength training and finished up with 200 crunches. I also spent some time afterwards on the blue foam roller. I sure like that part of my workout. See ya tomorrow. |

| For my long run today I went out over Harry's Hill into Salem. Nice morn and very good to get in a longer run for a change. Just enjoyed it and had a blast. My legs are feeling good and hope things will tay well for the half in Jan. It has been a good week of training. |
