Today I ran out past mini gu corner and back, very hot temps 96 degrees at the begining of the run. My left leg is still dealing with the weakness and kind of spasamie, just won't let go so I can run the way I would like to. I did use the big roller after the workout today it seems to feel a little bit better anfter I go through those exercises. I did 25 min on bowflex upper body and 200 crunches. |
