Okay, I am getting tired of the wind every afternoon. It would be okay if it was on the lite side, but it was pretty gusty at times. We slugged through it and did the golf course loop today. Mt legs had great energy today despite I have seem to have come down with a strong cold. Mostly a deep cough and a little on the achey side. I did 25 min on Bowflex upper body and 200 crunches. |
