My legs had good energy today and I did push things a bit, anyway a bit for me. I did a golf course loop today and you know it's cold when the frost has'nt melted off the trees yet and it's 4 pm in the afternoon. So a cold run to start out but I warmed up quickly. After my run I did 25 min on the bowflex, upper body and finished with 200 crunches. |
