I seemed to have an injury on wed. I don't know what I reall y have done. After wed run and sitting around for an hour I stood uo and started to walk and some pain in my left leg, just above the outside ankle between the ankle and shin bone. Also some swelling, So no running thurs, or fri. Just used lots of ice to get the swelling to go down. Seem s better today, mo swelling, pain is minamal mostly to the touch. I did 30 min on the eliptical today did good, did not seem to bother me. So on mon I will try and do 2 to 3 miles on the road and test things out. This is bad timimg as the Ogden Marathon is fast approching, I will just have to take each day at a time until then. I did 25 min on the bowflex, upper body and 200 crunches. |
