I did a run out to Little Bro's mini gu corner today, my left leg did okay until mile 2 and then it started to have kind of the same old problem of the last few weeks. I hung with it though and tryed to make the best of it. Did a few hill repeats and then headed home for 25 min on the bowflex upper body strength training. Finished with 200 crunches. I will take tomorrow off and try for a long run early sat morn. |
