Today I tried to push it again. Felt good on the first half. Checked my H.R. at the turnaround, it was 122 which is about 70% of my max. H.R. which is about 173. I felt like I was breathing pretty hard. But according to my numbers I could of pushed a little more. My time was 46:26. didn't make my goal of brakeing the 45 min. mark. Maybe next week. |
