Today it has been 2 weeks since the SGM.I did a very easy 10 miles, I felt good today, had some energy and my I.T. band seems to have gotten better since SGM. Not any pain at all. My split at the 5 mile mark was 52:04 and finished my 10 at 1:46:46, not as speedy as my Bro. Clay. But I'm better looking. HA,Ha. I also did 30 min. Of upper body work out with my Bowflex. I also did 185 crunches. |
