Hello all, The injury bug has had a good hold on me for the past six weeks. It's been kind of hard to shake. But I do think the leg is getting better. I have been doing 2 miler's about 3 to four times a week for the last couple of weeks. and the eliptical on my no running days. I have been doing alot of upper body strength training the past few month's and 200 crunches a day to try and keep my core strong. I am going back into this very slowly so as not to inflict another injury. Next week I hope to do more outside running than in, we will see how the old leg feels on Mon. Hang in ther Noonin. |
