Today I felt pretty bonk. My body just feels tired like it has absolutely no energy. Todays run was all determination to just get it done. I felt ok through the middle miles, but at the begining and the end it was all bonk. My total time today was 1:10:07, and I also did 25 min. of upper body weight training. My mile splits were as follows.

I tried to finish strong but I did'nt have anything in the tank. I think tommorrow I will do some weight's and my eliptical. Then sat. I will hit the road again. |
