8, Ivins/Santa Clara- 3 mile warm up, 1 mile Tempo, 1 mile recovery, 1.5 mile Tempo, 1.5 mile cool down. I was planning on going 10 and two 2 mile Tempo's but my calf was hurting really badly, and especially during the tempo sections so I decided to shorten it a bit. It was kinda nice to run somewhere new/different. Glutes and Hips giving a little trouble but for the most part it was a pretty good run. |
