AM: 4, DHS/VW- Not bad, had to do it alone though. Twisted my ankle once again.
PM: 9, Trail- 6 x Mile Repeats, Not too terrible. My ankle was hurting a bit toward the beginning and I had huge side aches through most of it. Times were: 5:15, 5:18, 5:12, 5:21, 5:19, 5:31.
I felt unbalanced tonight, I felt that way at the beginning of the Fun Run I did Saturday but I had just thought that was from lack of sleep. I had a pretty good amount of sleep today so I'm not sure thats it. It started to go away the farther into the workout we went. |
