Club run, usual loop. Felt real good, one of the best club runs I've been to.  It was only Mike, Bill, Aaron, Amber and I, so it was pretty fun.  When I got home I ran another mile with my mom and  brother, it was rather slow but running none the less. Knee still hurting, not sure what the deal is but I iced it a bit today.
