12.5, STM- Good run. Felt pretty good, finally. This has been a sluggish week, for the most part.  It took us about just as long to run today as it took us to run two miles less last time we ran the marathon course.  Nice weather, just a good day.  The run didnt seem to last very long.  Lets hope more good days follow.
