AM:  It was a pretty good run this morning, but i felt like i was pushing it harder than i really was. Im not sure why though.

PM:  We did Green Springs today, i dont really like that course, but it was ok!  latly i fell like i am going really hard but i know that im not. it can be really frustrating sometimes but oh well... life goes on!

AM: This morning was an easy 3.  It was pretty good but i hurt a bit again.  it wasnt as bad and i hope that it will start getting even better. 

PM:  Before Practice i was dreading our workout!  but i went into it with a good attitude and it was better then i thought that it would be!  toward the end of the workout i got a really bad side ache and i didnt do as good as i wanted to, but i still am happy with it.  The workout was a speed workout and we did two 600m, two 800m, two 1000m, and two 1200m.  so if i added it all up right then it turns out to be 7.5 miles (including warm up and cool down)  and with the morning 3 it is 10.5 miles!  I am happy with what i accomplished today!!

I didnt run today because i had swim tryouts that i had to be too.  : (  But i still got a workout in the pool so that was a good thing!

didnt run to day either (swim)  i was going to go to morning practice but i slept in to long.  i hate it when i do that!!!

 There was a race today and i think i did ok.  i think that i could have done better.  i wasnt to happy about Dyllen beating me but oh well!! i will get him next time!!  i am really suprised yet happy at the same time that Luke and Danny did as good as they did!!  Good Job!!

AM:  Today i got up at 5:30 but didnt run untill 6:30, i dont know why i didnt run at 6:00 but its all good!  it was a pretty good run!  nicely paced!!

PM:  I went to Swim tryouts again, and when i was done i ran home (which is 3 miles)  then when i got home i ran 2 more miles to finish the 5 miles that the XC team did today!!  i forgot to stretch so my legs felt a bit sore when i got done.  I Love Running!!

AM:  It was a good run this morning. but at the same time my legs hurt.  i need to stretch more in the morning practices!

PM:  We did another speed work out.  i didnt feel very good!!  My stomach was feeling UG!! also my knees have been hurting : (  i really hope that i will feel better soon!

today coach talked to us before we ran it was a good little speech!!   after he was done we went and did the six mile on Foremaster Ridge BACKWARD!!!!  it was fun expecially because i had to do it in my swimming suit!!!!it was pretty good!
