AM: 3, DHS-  nice and easy, barefoot ult.

PM: 9, Trail-  18 x 60 sec. intervals.  Nick and I started at the college and ran to the trail as a warm up where we met with sean to do our workout.  Super hot outside. For about the first half I felt really heavy and tired with a minor side ache.  I had major RAD-G but I couldn't ever tell if it was real RAD-G or Murrey Trevor. Toward the last half I finally was starting to feel warmed up and ready to run fast.  Took an Ice Baath afterward, felt amazing!

Ran a mile with my mom in the evening.
