| 4/34 first day I've felt ok. Had the chance to run at the Y while my boy had bball practice. This was difficult at best. No energy, legs felt wobbly and lungs wouldn't work well. Still feel really congested. |

| So I was sick pretty much all of January and February with pnemonia I had just enough energy to work and then go home with a fever and be sick. I lost about 15lbs durning that time and my energy level has been nonexsistant since. I figure that I need to start going even if it's short for now hoping that it will increase the overall energy. I've been busy but mostly just run down over the last few months and trying to get back into the habit and making time is going to be a big chore.

| Easy 4.1/30. I felt like crap the entire time. Everybody at work is sick again and it feels like I'm going down as well. I'm now on a bunch of Doterra witch oil that my wife has me on trying to avoid this junk. Skiing tomorrow with the sons.

| Attempting to get back into a normal schedule after a two year on and off. I've been doing some running but not enough to record. I'm in ok shape just by moving pipe every morning but can feel a bit of weight getting put. I'm trying to come to the decision about where I want to be shape/time wise. If I can mentally wrap myself around just being healthy and 4-5 times a week is good.
