| Attempting to get back into a normal schedule after a two year on and off. I've been doing some running but not enough to record. I'm in ok shape just by moving pipe every morning but can feel a bit of weight getting put. I'm trying to come to the decision about where I want to be shape/time wise. If I can mentally wrap myself around just being healthy and 4-5 times a week is good.

| 4.25 Short route by my house. This should probably become more frequent. Legs felt really heavy today and pace was a bit slower than expected. I did start to speed up around mile 4 but then I was done.

| Easy run with Nikki. I'm back in Oregon this week for another manufacturer show. Was able to take Nikki. In Sisters which is 30 miles outside of Bend. Found a nice dirt road to run on. Pretty nice little town. |
