Need to think about what my real goals are and what I can accomplish. I feel truly blessed to have accompilished what I have and have no clue as to where I can end up.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep running and enjoy just being outside. Stay fit so I can be active in whatever life brings. Make trips to the mountains.

Ski A LOT with my kids.

6.29m 52:02 This really just kicked my butt this morning. Legs felt awful, body worse, breahing was just not good. I wasn't checking pace or anything and felt like I was moving so slow. Checked my watch after the run and realized it was quite a decent pace for this route, funny thing is it also said I need 41 hours of recovery after doing it.
