| 6.29m 52:02 This really just kicked my butt this morning. Legs felt awful, body worse, breahing was just not good. I wasn't checking pace or anything and felt like I was moving so slow. Checked my watch after the run and realized it was quite a decent pace for this route, funny thing is it also said I need 41 hours of recovery after doing it.
