| 8.1/60ish Good run outside on a rainy day. Completely soaked after I was done but it felt good. Nice even effort with the hills at the first.

| 7.1/48 went to the gym with Nikki. My legs felt better than they have and I could tell I was engaging my quads better. Did a progression ending up around slow MP. I haven't felt this good in quite awhile. |

| Last week was rough, I planned on running Monday morning before I flew out but my hamstrings were still extremely sore from splitting wood with an axe on Saturday so I didn't dare try running. In Chicago Monday to Thursday and that usually means very limited time for anything but work and sleep. Friday I got kicked by a cow in my leg, couldn't hardly sleep Friday night, so no running on Saturday. Today I luckily got in 5 easy miles. Now out to work on the farm. |

| 4.3/30 Easy run. Leg has started to feel better but I still have a big bump on it that hurts right by my knee, not sure if the cow ripped something when it kick but as long as I don't bump it, it doesn't hurt.
