| 6/42 What seemed like a great idea before I ran turned into a slog as I ran. Started and just really didn't feel like running just trudged through it.

| 6.25/40 progressive incline/speed workout. It really hurt toward the end. I had my headphones turned up too loud, now I have a ringing in my ears. I'm sure that's not healthy.

| 6/44 Slow pace easy run. Headphones at a much lower volume after yesterday. Just feeling flat for the most part seems like this is just habit taking over which is good. Targhee is supposed to open in two weeks that ought to change things up. My daughter turns 16 next Friday so that will change things a bit.

| 6/43 Pretty sure this was the last run on these shoes. Feet felt funny, ankle and hips started aching a bit. I'm pretty sure it's the shoes.
