| Figured out a new route from my house that has about 2 miles of dirt road / no rocks along a canal add the hill loop to it and made it 10K. Not something I'm going to do everyday but it adds some more options. I'm getting a bit fat, really need to run consistently.

| 7 Easy miles this morning half with Nikki then did another loop solo. My pace just sucks right now. I also had multiple crop dusting fly overs on this run. It was nice to inhale chemicals during a beautiful morning.

| 5.3 Went to the gym to start some preliminary turn over work going. Since the lay off my pace has really struggled so I figure I'm in need of a few faster paced runs at the gym before I start some speed work.

| 6.25 I forgot how bad getting back into this sucked. I never want to take that long of a break again. My body is not feeling very good right now and I know it's going to take at least a few weeks to start feeling better.
