I want to enjoy the rest of my life and to make the most of it. I believe that staying physically fit is a big part of that. I want to continue to run for the rest of my life and enjoy it.
Personal:
I'm from good ol' Hurricane, UT, but I currently live in Glendale, AZ where I am attending medical school at Midwestern University. I am married with 1 kid at the moment. I love to run, and despise treadmills, but here they are currently a necessity.
So today was my first day back from my vacation. I still don't have to work, so I went for a bit longer run than normal for a Wednesday. It was awesome. I went up the River Trail up to the top of the switchbacks. It was a great run. I'm thinking about doing the Jardine Juniper trail something in the next three days. We'll see.
My plan today was to run the whole River Trail, but Mother Nature had other plans. I got about 3 miles up, and the weather got nasty. I didn't want it to get any worse, so I turned around.
I had a great run today down Logan canyon. It was a little scary at one point though. I actually ran a large stick through my running shoe and sock, but it didn't go into my foot. That happened about mile 5. I'm on track to do TOU.
