| | Today was a tough run. I planned to go 3.5 miles, but my calves tightened up really badly at about 2.5 miles. I tried to push through it, but couldn't go on after 2.75. |

| | Quick run in the Fieldhouse today. Comfortable run for 3 miles, with a 200m sprint at the end. I was a little stiff, but quite comfortable after the run. Calves are doing much better today. |

| | Today's was probably one of the craziest runs I've had. We decided to go running up Green Canyon in the middle of a snow storm. I went with my brother. Our original plan was to go for about 3 miles up the canyon and then turn around. We made it about one before we decided the snow was getting a little too crazy. We didn't want to get stuck up there in some major snow storm. After we got back to town, it calmed down. Isn't that how it usually works. |

| | I've got to start packing on a few more miles. I'm gaining weight slowly even though my eating has not really changed. I guess I got used to eating like a marathoner. Gotta get back to some high mileage. |

| | Decided to go up the canyon and run the River Trail. It was completely snow locked, but it was fun. I only went from the Stokes parking area to the single track, but it felt a lot longer due to all the slipping I was doing. Great run though. |
