Today, I was down in Hurricane, so I did my old loop. I forgot my good running shoes, so I just ran in what I had. Big mistake. By 3 miles in I was in a lot of pain and decided it would be better to try running without shoes than to continue with the shoes I had. It actually wasn't bad at all unless I hit a rock. By the way, this is my first 20 mile week. That is pretty awesome. |
