Today's run was great. I took off from First Dam and ran up the River Trail clear until the end. It was quite fun because I ended up passing a guy on a mountain bike. That will do a lot for your confidence. I also tried to keep pace with another runner on my way back, but ended up getting smoked. It was a lot of fun to see what I had left in the tank after that far though. Although this trail doesn't get far away from the road ever, it is really pretty. The view when you come up to the last dam is pretty cool.
